I love grilled cheese sandwiches! I've been doing weight watchers since October and have learned how to tweak recipes to make them WW friendly. The grilled cheese my DH eats is probably 12 points or more, which is more than I use for a meal ever. My trick was finding a low point bread - I found a sugar free multigrain which is fabulous - and instead of using butter or margarine on the bread I use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray when I grill it and only 1 slice of cheese instead of 2.
