Import from SFW to AutoCorrect

I have been hired by an employer who uses AutoCorrect. My entries are all in ShortHand for Windows. Does anyone know how to import (COPY into, NOT MOVE) expansions from Shorthand for Windows to AutoCorrect? Very much appreciated.

I had that problem with autocorrect, too...
Someone suggested just saving them in wordpad (so as not to interfere with word) and then give them a name such as smithhp (Dr. Smith's history and physical). It saved me a bunch of time until I could afford an expander.
