you have got to get your stuff together. Pay the back child support, get it to court, and get some visitation privileges. Sorry he can't visit this summer, but the dad has custody. You need to get caught up on payments and get some visitation rights. So hard, I know. I feel for you. But, with a stepdad and other children in the home, surely you can make some kind of payment arrangemet? You are right, would not look good in court that you are behind on child support payments. Usually happens to guys, but not always.
Stop getting him anything he needs, and start making child support payments.

        No dead beat if no CS agreed on but not paying court - ordered CS does equal dead beat, male or female.
        Not referring to a no-support agreement. If there - is a CS order, it should be paid - NO excuses.
