You have to be your own advocate - those are all signals you need help and you are very wise not to ignore them - congratulations on not being so far gone you recognize that!! You need to get help to help yourself and take care of your children. Get in to ER and don't leave until you are evaluated and given medication and counseling and a follow-up appt. Praying for you and sending hugs. I am so very sorry for your situation!
