why do you go to the events where she is celebrated? You called her the Queen Bee. That to me sounds like you really sorta put up with her and is there jealousy going on with you? If I felt ignored by others on that day and wanted the attention on just myself, then I would make my own plans for me, my children and/or husband. She must be very cherished by her family.

what could you have done?? Got the other kids thrown out of school, taken your child out for the rest of their life… My gosh, lots of kids/people have lice and it is not the end of the world. Just like a child having pin worms, they get- you treat. You can pick them up anywhere, the movies, restaurants, skating rinks. I do not think parents have to be notified of each little happening that goes on- they have more to do with their time than to notify of every little bug that happens along
