that stuff like OxyClean, but it is made by Ecos (you can go to their website and order it if not in your town). It is awesome. Way better than OxyClean. I clean out my enameled cast iron pots (La Creuset) with it. They get really stained inside when I cook stuff with wine and tomatoes (they are white inside) and so I put them in the sink and add a scoop of that and really hot water. I let it sit there for about four hours or so and it turns white and shiny again. That may work for your lamp since it is white, but you could check with your dealer first if you are worried about damage. I think it would probably be okay if it is really porcelain.
