I tried it before going with a Rx

I took them for a couple of months and honestly can't say it did anything at all...for me anyway.  When I went in to my doc to talk about my depression and what I had already tried (lights, St. Johns Wort, hobbies, etc.), Ishe told me that it could render my birth control pills ineffective and that freaked me the frig out, so I stopped taking it.  Nothing bad happened to me otherwise though, I just needed a little more help than that

  • This worked for me, but I needed such a high dose to feel it, so I stopped. Doing much - better w/regular exercise and cutting out sugar. R
