I had my teeth done about 7 years ago and it was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I had decent teeth but with lots of minor things that added up to a lot of work and the veneers took all those problems away. For example, I was a gymnast and had had one of my front teeth knocked back by my knee when I was younger and it started to discolor. Whitening even at the dentist's office did not completely work plus as I aged it seemed to move back more. Then, I had a baby tooth that never came out which made it seem to me like I had a fang on one side and a little tooth on the other side. Don't get me wrong. My teeth were still decent, straight enough to not need braces, etc. but because of the imperfections they all added up to a smile I did not want to smile. Once I got my veneers I have gotten complements about my smile from complete strangers even 7 years later, (mostly men of course cuz they think that will get them somewhere LOL) but even women will comment. It was the BEST thing I ever did. And, unless I actually tell someone what I had done they assume they are my natural God given teeth not like on TV where these actors have these pearly whites that are nearly blinding! You can pick the shade so it looks really natural. Why someone would want to pick stark white is beyond me. I wanted it to look natural and I am completely pleased. Best investment in my future ever!!!!

all kinds of caps and crowns that cover the teeth, have a great smile now as compared to when I was younger. I had the more whiter teeth put in but with coffee, etc. they tend to not look as stark white as you speak of. I love my smile.
