upon inviting the ex to our son's high school graduation, he showed up straight from work, filthy and said to my son's now wife "So, you're the girlfriend?" and turned around and left without another word. Also, if I were to attempt to talk calmly and rationally to him, he takes that as an invite to come over and to continue calling. So, I don't foresee taking this avenue, but thanks for your input.
