In Reply to: then you obviously do not have thyroid problems--sm - me
but I can say that you stated in your post that you only eat one meal a day. That, my friend, is not a good choice, and that my friend, the government is not making you do. If you eat fruits, vegetables, and no red meat, and exercise, then you need to see an endocrinologist (one who specializes in thyroid problems) and stop blaming the government. You also might want to see a psychiatrist because in MY opinion your thinking is of a paranoid manner. You should be spending more time researching a solution, for example, your self-esteem issues. My mother suffered from obesity her entire life, but guess what? She ate, and ate, and ate way, way too much. I think you are stretching the truth in that you are only eating certain foods and exercising. You may have something else going on like water retention. And, automatically you have assumed that I am attacking you and you are getting offended. This is also a sign of a psychiatric disorder. Good luck in your endeavors. Anyway, like my Mom used to say, just more to "love"! Take care, and I hope you find the answers you need.
