How to get out of funk

My father died earlier this month. For the last week, I have mostly been home, laying in bed. I don't feel depressed per se, but I also have no inclination to do anything.
I know I am sad, and the holidays aren't helping, and I don't remember being this bad after my mother died.... maybe it is the magnitude of now being parentless. It is also the idea that I have to deal with the estate crap, and hate the idea. UGH I dunno.

I've been in a funk all day and suspect that
it will follow my normal pattern of lasting all winter. I love the tree and the lights and watching those "once a year" movies but I agree about the finances and the very non-hallmark family. Halloween is my favorite but I was a bah humbug for that and didn't even put out a pumpkin this year. Ho hum...
