Before I go back to transcribing I have to say, I am glad you guys are getting me in the spirit, because my kids just reminded me that NEXT WED. they are off until after the New Year!!! YIKES. I did not realize Christmas and winter vacation were that close. I thought I had at least a 2-week cushion before even thinking about doing any thing really... Okay now, panic. HolidayMT goes from not in the spirit... to enjoying the spirit thinking of cookies and egg nog to......oh my its almost here!!! (insert horrified expression).
Just thought I'd make you all smile before I go back to work. After all, I gotta make money so I have something in the bank for Santa to spend on presents at the last minute...

one cannot think about how horrifying it was for
what would have been different had they locked down the campus immediately after the first shooting.
I'm sorry, but I just can't get past that.
It was a closed, controlled environment. Since when are police clairvoyant? Domestic dispute? Killer loose no matter what!!! There are entrances to the campus. Close the campus. Cancel classes.
Commuters already on their way? Post staff/police/security at entrances. Radio. TV. Email! Send them back!
It annoys me to no end when they try to second-guess Cho's existence at the school, totally forgetting that there might have been a different outcome had they used common sense after there was a MURDER IN THE DORM!!! ON CAMPUS.
Can you imagine... 2 murdered. Police saturate campus. No one in. No one out. Cho slips out to the PO and then returns... His little package reaches its destination. But he can't finish...
He would have done damage somehow, but maybe not like this.
Very devastating event. Just wish authorities would use common sense instead of trying to avoid "needlessly alarming" whomever they think they are protecting.
Oh that's horrifying, and yet I just
HAD to look. HA! I think I've been to that bug site before. Funny how we hate bugs, but it's still interesting to see pictures of them where they aren't moving and won't force us to scream. :op
