I really hope things get better for you at work and with the excess weight! :( You should consider looking for a new job. With all the "free" time you have in your schedule waiting for work, you could fit a full-time job in there...then say "buh-bye" to the lousy one!
I'm struggling with weight too...it's hard being at home near the fridge day in and day out!
Sending you ((((understanding/commiserating)))) vibes!
Hugs,
Chickadee

I wish you luck, I stepped on the scales yesterday and
my goodness, out of the blue I had gained 5 pounds in 2 days. I was down about this and guess what, stepped back on this morning and it is gone. That is a lot of weight in a day or 2 and I weigh frequently so same scales, nothing different. Even at water weight, which that is probably what it is, a lot. i wish you well. I need to lose more than the 5 though!
or youcan say that you are allergic to scales, but only in public!..LOL!...nm

I bought a scales yesterday to finally face the music. SM
I have been avoiding weighing myself but knew I put on a lot of weight in the past several months. Well today after my shower on break I weighed myself. It was almost like the comedians say when the scales flashes a message "One at a time, please." Wow. I have got to get a grip. I know it is emotional eating. Any suggestions? I did somewhat better tonight and will keep trying, but I have said this so many times before.
