Figure out what you would need for one and multiply by 250. Or figure out what you would need for five and multiply by 50. Etc. The calculations only get tricky when you are increasing a recipe with multiple interacting ingredients. Several single foods just need to be multiplied by a known factor, such as what you would need for one, five, ten, etc., which should be fairly easy to figure out.
