I know there are many knock off brands, but I'm referring to the original from South Africa (Desert Burn). I missed the piece on 60 minutes, GMA and a few other shows? Wondered if anyone has tried it. Thanks all for your replies and/or input.

Supplement to consider
There is a vitamin called OptiVite PMT (that is taken with a separate magnesium pill) that is shown to help with PMS. I don't know if it would help, but it may be worth a try.
Above all I'd write down the symptoms and what you feel daily in a diary to show to your doctor.
I'm sure your family thanks you for your insight--my mother had SEVERE mood problems but would never own up to it. She did some permanent damage with the things she would say and do to my bro and me.
I hope you find some help for your PMS.
Anyone sew at home to supplement MT? sm
I'm just getting back into sewing after being out of it for many years. I always did love to sew but working fulltime with 3 kids and a busy hubby didn't leave much time for it. Would like to make articles to sell on Ebay. Any ideas? I'm thinking in the line of scrub tops for nurses. I see they are pretty good movers.
You can take a Vitamin D supplement. nm

Armour thyroid supplement..sm
it is a natural, not synthetic or man made, form of thyroid replacement hormone. It contains T3 and T4 hormones, where synthroid only has T4.
