I LOVE your name, AnnieM AnnieM :) psm

You are right.  In fact, I had come to this conclusion already after getting all this off my chest.  I know he's got to make his own decisions.  We have already convinced him to stay at the school he is at.....all the while letting us know how miserable he is going to be doing it.  You know what, it is what you make of it.  You can go to the greatest school in the world or the worst school in the world,  and if you stay in your room your gonna have the same view.  I'm afraid he's gonna fall flat on his face, but I guess I am gonna let him do just that and see what happens from there.

Thanks!

HALO for him....if it works....IT WORKS....if it does not...he is ALWAYS welcome to come back......
Oh, I see a halo over the head
NM
I'm w/you AnnieM!
Before we know it, there's gonna be a bouncer at the church door collecting a fee to enter the wedding! How completely tacky to "expect" wedding guests to help defray the cost of the wedding.  If that's the case, then all the guests should be consulted before any wedding plans are made, after all we are helping pay for it, right? Geez....can't wait til my daughter gets hitched...I'm sending all the relatives a bill BEFORE the wedding, you know, just so they know what an appropriate gift would be...
To AnnieM....

Thank you....Thank you....that was the only point that I was trying to make....If you do not live here....you do not need a key to my house......thank you so much....that is the way I am feeling right about now....like people are ganging up on me.........because of a decision that I made.....my children and I are not estranged.......(I think that's the right word)......

Amy, your halo is ready anytime you want to pick it up! //

AnnieM! I actually READ that in the Bangor paper!

Oh my god what a riot!  The Bangor Daily had a whole front-page piece about all the different names for Allens.  Wish I could remember them all--one I think was "panty remover" or something along those lines.  I guess it's a local thing...same with Boones Farm wine.  Being "from away," I only knew of Kahlua, but I guess that's kinda hoity-toity and if you're a dyed-in-the-wool Mainer, ya just drink Allens and milk...reeeeeely light on the milk apparently!
