In 1980 or 1981 I was driving my kids to a Taco Bell in California because dad was out of town and that is what they wanted for lunch. A man (they saw him first, I swear) who looked just like a werewolf was walking up the street by the Taco Bell. He had long hair on his face everywhere, even on his nose and around his lips. He had a short sleeved shirt and had hair all over his arms and backs of his hand. I know for sure because I drove around the block thinking I surely had lost my mind and that the kids had too, kind of like a "group psychosis" or something. Since then, I have seen a couple of documentary shows about people who have this and it is hereditary and mostly in a part of Mexico, so I guess he was probably not really a werewolf at all, just one of these men. Or, maybe he was a werewolf? My kids are all grown up now, but still remember him. Another time in California we were driving downtown and a man who looked like Jesus pictures from the bible exactly crossed an intersection when we were stopped at a light. He even had on sandals and long hair. I was trying to roll up the windows because all the kids were little and they were calling out the windows to him, "Hi, Jesus, are you coming to Sunday school this Sunday to see us?" They asked me if this meant that it was the second coming that they had heard about in church. I think the man actually enjoyed the whole thing, but I was trying hard to hide.
