I pray...and I will pray for her, your family
and your loved ones.
pray
In times like this, you'll receive no comfort like that that God can give; ask His help.
Your grandma sounded like a very dear woman. I understand your pain; we all hope to see our loved ones again. Its a horrible thought that we might not in some cases. For your grandma, you just have to trust His grace to be sufficient for her.
Take the agony of this situation and reach out to those who still have time to learn about God. You can't change the past, but you can change the future. May God bless and heal your pain.
i pray for u and ur son
I hope he does decide to come and see you and even though ur ex has physical custody, if you have it in ur custody papers that he is with you during the summer, you have every right to have him with you even if you physically have to go and get him, since is sounds like your son does want to see you this summer, regardless of what ur ex wants. best of luck to you
I pray for her.
Personally, I feel sorry for her. She has been taken advantage of. I pray that she will rise above these circumstances and become an empowered young woman. She is beautiful and talented. I want her children to have their mother back.
pray tell, how DID they get to college and/or
What pray tell is Rotel ?? nm

I will pray for you and I would say no you are not crazy
but cautious - which you have to be. I would let him make all the moves and not be afraid to come off as 'snobby' - you have earned the right to be reserved - you are a single mom raising your son and that is your priority. He will respect that - you want to give him a little time anyway - 3 months is not very far out from divorce. Praying! :))
I will pray for you also. Hugs to you. nm
!
They pray 5 times a day. sm
They also wash their feet after they pray. They also wash their feet after they use the bathroom or pass gas unless they are wearing leather socks, in which case the gas may pass freely. No pork, and theoretically they are not supposed to eat any kind of meat that is not killed by a fellow Muslim. Also, dog slobber is verboten. I saw on the news where the Muslim cashiers that work at Mpls Target stores refused to scan pork items that people were buying. It's all this politically correct BS is going to be the death of America.
I pray it is not fact ..
I pray it is not fact ..I can't imagine a tabloid reporting such news without a reliable source. I know, I know. They are scum and do bad reporting all the time.
I pray His love and peace be with you. nm
His arms are big....rest there.
I pray consistently daily cuz I believe
in the power of prayer.
Where pray tell do you think food stamps come from?
From the food stamp fairy? I read the entire post. You are counting on someone else to do your job, lady. Talk about sitting home on their behinds. Welfare and food stamps, same thing, government at work.
What a story this has been. I pray this child is still alive. I SM
have been following it on Nancy Grace and something is definitely wrong with the story the mother of this child is giving.
Hes gorgeous!!!!
and it looks like he feels really at home in his new home.
On another note, watched a bit of the "animal talent show" on Animal Planet earlier today (caught the tail end of it -- no pun intended), but they had a dog on there who would literally hop on the door of a running dryer and retrieve tennis balls -- blew my mind!!!
WOW!!! That is gorgeous. nm
nm
Up. Fake but gorgeous! lol (we think so at least!)
nm
My Stars! He is GORGEOUS! sm
wow! I would snap him up in a minute! I cannot imagine anyone putting that beautiful dog up for adoption, but you are so lucky! If your DH is not into showing, perhaps putting out for stud? there is money in that too, and he would make some beautiful puppies!!! I cannot imagine your other dog rejecting him, but maybe more than one visit would be a good idea. Good luck to you! ks
He's *gorgeous* with a pedigree to die for. sm
I'm jealous! ;o) BTW, the win he had under judge Kathleen Kanzler (Innisfree Siberians) is very impressive. She and her daughters are very well known and respected in Siberians. It was her dog that won Best of Show at Westminster (in 1984, I think it was). Try not to get bitten by the show bug. It's a whole other world.
I hope Sasha likes him so he can live with you!
She is just gorgeous. You can see the gentleness in her!!! NM

As I said - they are gorgeous creatures
I watched one eat a mourning dove but usually try not to watch. They pluck and leave a great pile of feathers. Great Horned Owls can get cats - in case you have one - but their favorite food is skunks - a bird of prey expert told me that the white stripe makes a good landing strip at night!! I too keep the camera close by, got a couple, but usually by the time I get focused he has moved on.
What a gorgeous horse!! sm
I am sure he is just as happy where he is now as he was with you! You saved his life once and he won't forget that! Bless you both!
your baby is gorgeous!!!! sm
I have three bassets, 12, 11 and 8 years old. I love my dogs! I'm a huge animal lover, they are like my kids. Bassets are very stubborn. It took a while to train our first basset. Our second basset (Lucy) we got when Flash was 1 year old. Lucy wasn't as hard to train as Flash was. Our third basset I got when he was about 5 years old. He was used to being outside, and he wasn't hard to train either. I'd giver her some time. They are such loyal dogs!!! Great with kids too.
I think she is gorgeous...congratulations!
:)
lets pray he gets the maximum time; piece of crap that he is.

Weather was just too gorgeous today.
I went outside in a sleeveless shirt to decide how to dress to walk the dogs, and ended up tidying up the yard instead! Won't my neighbors be relieved, LOL.
Yes, the dogs eventually got their walk, but first I fed them. Sasha decided not to eat tonight ... until I explained that we'd go for a walk only after she ate. She ate it right up and then did her time-for-my-walk dance!
Hope this weather makes it up north soon.
FRED is gorgeous!!!!! Thanks 4 sharing...nm
GORGEOUS pet-collars! Check this out.... -sm
To all of you pet-lovers out there:
I've seen lots of websites offering fancy dog and cat collars, but nothing like this one! There are pages and pages of lovely sparkly rhinestone collars.... it took me forever to finally choose one for my new little princess-kitty!
If your pampered pet could use a little "bling", you'll love this site!
They are gorgeous, and he is just too adorable for words!!! NM

What a gorgeous colt! From your description - sm
of his temperament, and liking to do 'interesting' things, I'll bet he'd made a great police horse, or be fantastic in trail-horse competition at shows! (Not to mention excellent for actual trail-riding!) What a cutie!
I've had horses in the past; my last one, a dark brown thoroughbred, was a Hunter/Jumper. I got him when he was just 3 years old & unbroke, and he finally died at age 25. Can't afford them anymore (live in an apt., so have to board...) but I do miss it!
Make sure his Will is made out and pray. I've seen too many people like this in my nursing career

yeah but...Mexico is gorgeous. Hey, I went to Cancun. I look at sm
it this way: If more of us were to vacation and spend our money there enjoying their gorgeous wild life and pretty beaches, that would give them plenty of tourist money and they wouldn't have to leave their country! I respect those hard-working Mexicans who stay in Mexico (like the ones who courted us at the resort), and I support the likes of them. They work hard, stay in their country, and I will give them good tips and help them to help their families as I enjoy snorkeling, deep sea fishing, and great food.
I wouldn't put all Mexicans into a box and say that you wouldn't give them a dime. Yes, there are illegals here who have no morals and I certainly don't support them! But, like I said, I do support those hard-working ones who are staying in their own country. I don't see a problem in that.
These are gorgeous! Now what to pick for my chipmunk-chasing

Gorgeous night walk in the snow.....
Walked the dog last night around 8 pm. There are about 12" of snow on the ground, covering the pines, the roof tops, and blanketing the side street where I live. It was breath-taking, which might have been due to it being 23 degrees, but more so because the sky was inky black with a few clouds here and there, and the stars were so bright. The tress without their leaves were silver, contrasting against the black sky, stars twinkling through their branches. The pines were still bent with the weight of snow and snow-covered Christmas lights on the trees glowed dimly. My footsteps crunching on the packed snow was the only sound heard, with the occasional snorting pig imitation my moronic dog does when snow gets up her nose from sniffing too strongly.
I hate having to dress like Nanook of the North and looking like the Michelin Tire Man, but walks in the night like that make me forget about the insanity I endure M-F, at least for a little while.
Technically it is still fall, this is Maine, so I might have a different take on the snow come March.
Lucky, you! I am sorry I got the spelling of this gorgeous breed SM
wrong. I study dog breeds, know every one in the dog shows, etc. and then made that fo-pa. Not intentional, I assure you. They had the Pembroke and Cardigan. You would have loved it.
Yes. You must make a point to see this next year. It is so adorable and a change of pace for those of us who don't watch the football game. They have them on what looks like a football field with lots of toys and they are all running around, and they play a sound track in the bakground that sounds like fans cherring in the crowd!
She is gorgeous, and a twin to my niece's beautiful cat, Nina! NM

Sunny, gorgeous October day in Cali - (guess that's
Gorgeous! Very nice coat! Does she have a bit of corgi in her? Looks like our corg/shep. mix. nm

My wife doesn't let me hang out on a forum dripping with all you gorgeous chicks unattended....sm
And every now and then I catch her eyeing me in a speculative sort of way out of the corner of her eye while idly twirling the little Beretta that I was foolish enough to teach her how to shoot.
Now, I don't say she's actually made any verbal threats. No, no - nothing like that. But it's not too hard to interpret the occasional warning shot that whistles past my head.
I am so sorry for you and your kitty....

Glad to hear your cat is doing better! Something that may be helpful - I had a cat who made it to 17 yearsw of age. Three years before he passed, he was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. It was difficult to get him to take the medication by mouth, so my vet suggested getting the med made up at a compounding pharmacy. The med was in the form of a paste that went behind his ear, and that ensured he got the med and we didn't have to hassel every day.

My cat died about 2 months ago. She stopped eating, drank a little bit, just stayed in the closet flat out. I couldn't afford to take her to the vet ($75.00 to euthanize) and I could tell that she wasn't in pain. She purred and let me pat her once in a while, but for the most part she stayed in the closet. She finally crawled to the back of the closet and died, I hope peacefully. I miss her. I want another cat (have had them all my life) but will not get one unless/until I have the money to properly take care of her when necessary. Last July she had several rotten teeth. The vet removed all but 5 of her teeth ($600.00) which I am still paying out. She was about 14-15, so up in years. I feel for you. My gut feeling, though, is to euthanize her before it's a weekend and you can't do anything and she's in pain. You're only prolonging the inevitable, IMO. Take care.
My kitty
Thank you to everyone who helped me through these last couple of weeks with my beautiful cat with bone cancer. We finally put her to sleep yesterday and it was very difficult for us but for her it was very quick and nontraumatic. The hardest part for her was the ride down to the vet's because she hates/hated that part. We then took her to the cremation place and should have her ashes back within a week. I didn't write until now because my heart is still very sad. I still haven't picked up her "things" around the house but will probably try to do that tonight or I may only be able to do a couple of things at a time, but that's okay.
I wrote about our milk prices here and it got me thinking how we probably won't have to buy as much milk now or the whole roasted chickens at Costco we used to buy for her. She would share some with us but it was really Mochi's chicken. She would come running in from outside whenever we cooked chicken too. Plus she would do what we called "praying to the refrigerator God" for something good to eat, she would sit in front of the refrigerator doors and just stare at it or sometimes rub up against it until we opened it up and found something in there for her.
We hadn't been able to let her outside for a month or so so that she could warm herself in the sun, so I think she is very happily sunning herself right now, in no pain.
So sorry about your kitty...
Sounds like you did all you could and provided a wonderful home.
My new kitty-cat's name is - sm
CHARLOTTE! :)
The weekend passed with less hissing & more acceptance by my other cat. I found that feeding them at the same time (one eats on the floor, the other up on the kitchen table) seems to make them relax around each other. Charlotte sleeps in bed with me with her head on my arm, and occasionally communicates with either a little 'silent meow' or else her signature 'quacking' sound. If I say 'quack-quack' to her, she says it back. ;)
Kitty
We have a laser pointer that we play with them with. They go crazy over it.
Also, I have a Roomba vacuum....oh my Lord...worth the money just for the comic relief they provide.
My kitty
I'm so sorry about your baby My cat was 16 years old and I believe she had a stroke. She has been pretty sick getting very skinny and one night she had her head tilted to the side and she couldn't move it. I don't know for sure but I think she suffered a stroke. Unfortuately, I didn't have any say in the matter. She passed away that night in March. It's still so hard for me to talk about. I miss her every day. I'll send prayers to you and your cat that she doesn't suffer and you'll know when it's time I'm sure.
kitty
If you feel that strongly you should go get him. You could take him to a shelter or just keep him. I'm sure you probably could find a home for him yourself if you needed to.
My kitty... see pic hopefully
This is Jory Jack Anthony SkippyJon Jones. :)
kitty uti
Hi - I totally understand your problem. My kitty has had severel UTIs and the doc put her on amoxicillin. It did work for her, but he also prescribed Urinary-SO, which is a special diet to keep the kidneys in good health. It's kind of pricey, but worth it so far. You can't buy it over the counter and have to buy it from your veterinarian. Hope this helps. As all us girls know, UTIs are VERY painful.
