Glycolic Peel

I'm almost 31 and still suffer from mild adult acne.  I am considering a Glycolic Peel at a local spa.  Anybody have this done and if so how were your results?  and more importantly..did it hurt? LOL

Have not done the glycolic peel but sm
would like to hear your results. What works best for me is: Using a dandruff shampoo with zinc - Head and Shoulders makes one - and using an apricot facial scrub and then dabbing hydrogen peroxide on my face with cotton balls. Let it all foam up and then rinse and dry.
It's not a glycolic peel, but I
Clean and Clear pore cooling toner.  Its third ingredient is glycolic acid.  It might burn the first couple of times you use it, but your skin will soon adjust.  Glycolic acid helps the cells turn over faster.  It makes my skin much smoother.
How old do they have to be to peel easy?
Another thing I've learned is to cool them down as fast as possible makes them easier to peel.  If you just let them cool down on their own, without running cold water over them, they're harder to peel.
Guess that explains once when I was enjoying peel your own shrimp
outside on a restaurant deck, one of those crazy birds flew down and took one right off my plate! We all ducked for cover. It really was funny though. LOL. Those nasty brazen little things. Now I don't feed them anymore.
