If you have 2 small children at home and you are leaving your car running 2 hours, my friend, you need help right now. You're still numb and when that numbness/shock wears off, then you will really be a mess! So, do not delay - you have PTSD. Get help not only for your own sake but for your kids' sake.

Agreed; if they ask you to treat something stat, it should be compensated as stat. nm

It's a stat and someone is taking
advantage of your kindheartedness. If your contract defines a stat as anything with ? hours or less TAT and you are asked to return these "regular" reports within the stat TAT, then you should be paid as stats. Just because they weren't stats originally, doesn't mean they can turn them into 1 for you and not pay you.
Perhaps, this will prompt them to reconsider some of their lazy employees/ICs.
sounds like you better call or see someone STAT.
You shouldn't have that reaction, esp lasting like that. I've had some heartbeat irregularities and last time they refused to take my blood because of it. I kind of poo-poo'd same and the nurse explained how i could end up carried out on a stretcher and even worse...At least call somewhere and ask a competent (!!) nurse/doctor, please.
This happened to me with a credit card, bought a printer and they never charged me for it on my stat
All of a sudden my card was canceled and the amount sent to the collection agency. They said I knew I bought it and should have sent in payments, even though it never appeared on the statement.
Ended up taking her to stat care last night...not hand foot and mouth. sm
Ended up that she had an allergic reaction to a Chestnut tree that she had been playing on!!! She had a few on her toes because she had been wearing sandles and was climbing on a fallen tree. She was picking the leaves and "seeds" and picking them open. The oil from the tree gave her a reaction and caused the blisters to form. Thanks for asking...and thanks to all who answered my first post!
