You might want to try the seasoning packets that
allow about 20 minutes of marinading. McCormick's makes some good ones. Try also pounding the chicken so it is flat instead of so thick straight from the package. A good site is www.tasteofhome.com. They have some easy recipes. Have you tried googling George Foreman grills and looking for recipes in that fashion?
Lawry's seasoning.
Trying marinating them for a few hours first and get yourself a meat thermometer. :-) Lawry's has a great lemon pepper marinade.
Emeril
Bam!!!!
Emeril makes everything look so delicious and simple to make!....Just wish I had all the ingredients he works with on hand.
Have fun and enjoy your dinner. With any luck he will be there
I love Bell's Seasoning mixed in with mine.
...along with the ol' standby's of mayo, onions, black pepper, and I line my bread with cranberry sauce.
Now I'm really really really hungry!
don't count on Emeril being there in MS *LOL*
Miami Beach (South Beach) or even the one in Orlando or New Orleans - but I doubt he's at the one in MS at the moment.....
BUT ENJOY!!! He's terrific!!!
We get to go to Emeril's for dinner Sunday.
Can't wait. I hope he's there himself.
Emeril Legasse taught me about hard-boiled eggs
Emeril says to put the eggs in the pot with the cold water, and wait for it to boil, when it's a rolling boil, shut off the stove, and cover the pot for 13 minutes - and voila!! Perfect hard-boiled eggs!!
*S*
The Gulfport Emeril's only opened just prior to Father's Day this year.
