There is NO animal control office around here. We live very rural and we have called the county cops too. They will NOT come out unless it is a person that is attacked. They have told us to shoot the dog if needed.

We would rather NOT kill her dog unless we absolutely have too.

What I really want is suggestions that anyone might have that we can use to get her to understand the danger she puts everyone in with her dogs acting as they do. She just DOES NOT GET IT and refuses to believe that her dog could actually do something like that.
