For the past two days, a female cardinal has been flying into my patio doors. She just does not give up. At first we thought she was trying to build a nest in our gas grill so hubby blocked up the hole and turned it around so that she couldn't get into it (after making sure there was no nest in there). Then, yesterday afternoon she started landing on our deck and flying into the patio doors. It's not like when they accidentally run into it and fly away, she keeps landing on the deck, the patio furniture, and then flying into the sliding glass door. I have decals on it so it is not totally clear. My cats have been entertained, although one is keeping her distance now and the other is trying to jump up to get the bird. Could the bird be playing with my cat? Does anyone know what could be going on? Or is she just psychotic?

It snowed here in Missouri the other day and I tried to get a picture of all of the cardinals at my feeders. I couldn't fit them all in, hope you can see picture. I love cardinals!
Well I haven't done it peacefully though (sm)
We have gone to several marriage counsellors and I have tried everything under the sun to make him understand.
