Does anyone here go shark fishing?

I'm going to the beach in a couple of weeks and am going to try it out from either a pier or shore fishing. Catch and release of course. I'd like to catch a small hammer head or a bull shark.

e.r. jumped the shark a long time ago.
I was a HUGE fan for years and years. My eyebrows went up when Romano was killed by the helicopter. I thought they went into the deep water at that point. But about 3 years ago I was sure that they had jumped the shark, and I stopped watching. I watched a few of the last episodes on hulu.com last week and decided to watch the finale last night, but it was a snooze to me. It's a shame when good shows stay on the air too long.
Have you tried a fishing rod toy or
a wand toy with a feather? When I had cats, their preferred exercise was with a toy on a string (or even just a string I dragged around the house for them to chase). They only enjoyed games that I actively participated in. I couldn't just swing the toy in a boring manner; I had to concentrate on making it move in unexpected ways to keep their attention. Some cats also go whacko for those laser lights. I noticed my cats lost a lot of tone when I declawed them because they couldn't do the same upper body strength moves they needed their claws for.
I forgot: ecargots, rabbit-, deer- shark-meat.s are no,no for me, too..nm

Going to the fair and also going fishing.

A little bit more about a fishing pole

My son had his poles stolen out of the back of his truck while he was at work one day. No bearing on the original topic, just wanted to expand a bit on your fishing pole story...have a nice day all!

BTW, I tend to agree with you...I don't believe at all that it's human nature to steal or just take things. I've never been tempted to steal anything from anyone or anywhere. However, I don't agree with the OP that she caught the cleaning lady "red-handed" either. She didn't actually see her take the drawers {{{gross}}}!!!

Yes...he tells me he is on fishing trips and that (sm)
there is no cell service there, so I can't call him, or reach him even if there was an emergency. And he does not call to check on us either.
