I just had a talk with DH and he says there's no way in H that his brother would do it and he doesn't want to ask. He did ask me how much we'd need to put down for a payment and I told him they like 20%. We need about 3 years to save up for that. Oh well, it's not like it's the end of the world, so save we will do.
