I can't think of the names right off the top of my head, but go to a beauty supply store and ask for something that's designed for African American hair. The name might be Beauty Essentials or Beauty Design . . . . . . . Beauty something. A friend of mine is AA and is very conditioner savvy. I've heard her talk about it enough that this is one of the better ones. If they don't have that, anything that's oriented for AA women might work. Their hair tends to be drier than Caucasian hair.

100 degrees in PA and my air conditioner is SM
not working! I am sitting here trying to type with water running. Just called Time and Temperature which said 102. Never was a summer person and this is not helping. Hope you are all cool!
Maybe you can try adult conditioner. My daughter SM
has thick curly hair. I would wash it every day. She never did mind my combing or brushing it. You could also try one of those plastic brushes with bristles wide apart.
My daughter is now 32 and does her own hair.
I'm in SoFla, but have my air conditioner on to sleep. Birds
