Celebrity feud . . .

I enjoy a bit of controversy, but does anyone else think Donald Trump is making way too much over Rosie O'Donnell's remarks about him?  What do you think?  Is Rosie on her way out?

What I think about their feud...
I at one time had respect for Donald Trump until I saw him live one night on the Larry King show. If you ever watch the show, it is not like they are sitting that close to each other and besides that, they have breaks. I could not believe it when the Donald told Larry King that he had bad breath, on live TV no doubt! So in my book, he deserves all that he gets thrown at him and besides that, how can you take up for such action as Miss USA has displayed? Don't care if she comes from the smallest town there is, morals are morals. Things like that don't change, if you were brought up right.
Family Feud!!
addictive!
celebrity privacy

I was once the personal secetary/traveling companion of a famous female author/lecturer who shall remain anonymous.  My main job was to keep people away from her so she could focus on giving her talks, signing books, etc.  I never in my life saw so many people do such strange things to get to a person just for an autograph or to be able to say they "saw her up close" or "touched her" and all that.  And now with cell phones that take photos -- who knows what people would do to this celeb.  Take pictures of her or her chart, say she told them this or that, etc.  Sell the stuff.  If they keep her away from people, there can be no chance of false rumors and possible law suits, etc. in the future for alleged or proven this and that.

The one I worked for --she and I had to HIDE on many occasions to escape people so that we could eat or even just rest.  It made for a fun and interesting job but as a celeb, you just don't get privacy often.  People follow you everywhere -- it was a pain at times and kind of spooky too to see just how far people would go.

I can understand all these measures.  I have not kept up with her story; really do not know much about her, but if she is ill these policies sound very good for her.  I would want the same for my former boss if she were still alive.  She'd want it too, believe me.

once you are of celebrity status, your business....

Anyone out there see Celebrity Apprentice last night notice...sm
that they didn't mention which team made the most sales like they always do - and even though the guys did the absolute worst job with their "sales trailer" they won?  It was obvious to my husband and myself that Gene Simmons really ticked off the Kodak people by not coming to their meeting and then the 2 gals he sent irritated them - so probably no matter what the other team did Kodak was determined to not let him win.   Plus Gene basically had his adult version of a temper tantrum at the end of being mad that Kodak didn't name him the winner and therefore he named 2 people that weren't a problem with the challenge to take to the boardroom to make Donald fire him.
