Accidentally deleted file. This was a file I was not currently working on. Spent 1.5 hours transcribing Friday then deleted it this morning!!! How sssstupid! Can I possibly get it back???

I cant believe it has been on here this long! I am quite sure that it is going to go fast. By the way, look up the EU, European Union. Go to Google and Images and check out the building. In front of it is a statue of a woman riding a beast. Also, their seats for the congress/senate or whatever they are called are numbered, going up to 800 or something. all filled up with the persons name, except number 666 is empty.

I've seen several posts that have been deleted over the past few months. Sometimes it is if you mention the "other board" and sometimes it has nothing to do with it. I'd like to know the reason as some of the posts were just posters asking simple questions, no swearing, nothing derogitory, etc. The ones that are moved have an arrow by them.

COMPUTER HELP!!! I think I somehow deleted my main user acct
Can anyone help me? My kids got me to set up user accts for them last night. I did. I had an administrator acct. It said I had to make one the administrator acct so I made one with my name on it. Then tonight I logged out of mine to switch users, thinking I could just log back in, but now it is gone!! All gone. I have a very basic user acct with my name on it but none of my files, none of my work software, my e-mail isn't even set up. Where is it all?? Is it gone forever??

The fact you did not file for divorce after your husband sent the

We are in the same boat. First and foremost, file your taxes.
The penalties are huge if you file late. Once you file, it will take about a month, and they will send you a bill. We were able to get a 4-month extension, i.e., extending the due date of the balance. We only had to pay interest and some penalties for paying late - again a fraction of what it costs to file late. That did not cost anything. The next option was setting up a payment plan, and I think that cost $125 to set up plus the interest and penalties for paying late.
They really are not bad to work with, especially this year. I read an article where they have been instructed to work with people, especially in light of the bailouts for large companies. They are very respectful, much better than any creditor I have ever worked with, and as long as you are working with them, I think you'll be just fine.

it's about $25 and that fee will be reimbursed you when you win your case. They will get the money from them - that is the only way I know to recoup your loss. You need to do it legally through the court system.

To get a less-grainy photo, try asking your daughter to email you the full-size file so you can save it to your computer for printing. For the best print quality, you want lots of pixels.... for example something like 1200 x 1800... to show the best detail. Then use your photo-editing software to make it whatever size you want for printing.
When I save photo files to my PC, I usually know right away which ones I want to email (so I change them from large .bmp files to small .jpg files (around 75-200 pixels). If I'm going to be printing them, I just save them as large .bmp files. (When they're large they also come out better if you're going to Photoshop them.... clean up backgrounds, crop, etc.) If I want to email one of the .bmp files to someone later, I can always make it smaller and then copy it as a .jpg file for email purposes. (That way it doesn't take them half an hour to download one photo!)

My seller took 35 days to finally mail, sent me invalid UPS tracking number, package was 6 books short and books were in deplorable condition and I filed a 'not received' too early cuz then he mailed and now I cannot file 'not as described' as you can only file one complaint per purchase.... so I'm screwed unless he agrees to accept return.... but thinking he will probably take my money, the books and run - only 25 feedback so new seller... in the event of a divorce/separation, regarding custody, house, etc. Custody was my main concern as well since I lied on numerous occasions about the finances. Where I am I was told that would not factor in to the custody at all. I can prove that I am my kids caregiver 90% of the time, I ferry they around everywhere, help with homework, get ready for school, meet at busstop, etc. I could also point out my husband is an alcoholic, self treats his depression with alcohol instead of getting proper medical treatment, has threatend to kill himself (or me) numerous times (though he always says he was joking and did not mean it.....that is his standard answer to everything, or that he never said that). Now I do love him enough to deal with all that because deep down inside my DH is full of it, luckily for me, he has never followed through on anything he says he is going to do. But I thought my confession would be the straw that broke it all and send him over the edge. He still is angry with me, I am sure he will be for a long time, but is keeping it together pretty well, though he has said the stress was going to kill him, now he know how I felt I guess. I am sorry your husband is such a smuck. I feel like a dog sometimes with the sex demands, have to do it the night before he goes out of town....he will be traveling a lot for work for the next 3-4 months, which I am more than glad about, much calmer here then, though it gets tiring for me but as he is not really helping much right now it really won't be much of a change. As for yours going on 5 day weekends.....have you considered having him followed, sounds like there may be some infidelity afoot, and if so that would strengthen your case in the event of a divorce and custody I would think. Sounds a bit fishy going out until 1 a.m. and his frequent trips. My DH fishes too, but he goes 2 miles from here with one of our male neighbors, they shoot the breeze and he gets to unwind some which I encourage. Very rare weekends with a buddy of his, I am talking once every 2 years, which again is fine with me. Start keeping track of all you do, when he is home, where he supposedly goes, with whom, etc. He cannot show he will be a responsible dad if he is never there or never interacts with his own kids. My DH would probably suggest I take our older daughter and he the younger, spliting them up, he has the same perception, the oldest is mine, the youngest is his. Our younger daughter is much easier to deal with, our older daughter drives him nuts and she is only 10. My younger one (8) knows something has been going one though, and worries we will divorce, which she does not want. She is very perceptive for her years. I hope that if you do go the divorce route, which would actually probably be best in your situation, that it all works out for you and you get your fair share of assets, etc. Make sure before you do anything like that you have all your ducks in a row, so talk to divorce lawyer. I talked to one for 45 minutes, cost me $160 but was worth it to set my mind at ease. Good luck.

for loser!!! I saw her in interviews over the years and until she got with Stern never talked about her mother the way after they got together. I think Daniel and Annas death really ought to be really looked at, very closely. I think he wanted total control and I am glad the way it worked out, but then never thought any differently.
