will only keep accts if it is making them money. If noone will stay on acct with bad dictators, eventually they will drop acct or acct will leave MTSO. Either way, not YOUR problem, if you are IC. Company is in this for the money, you should be, too. Company will not hanndle acct that COSTS them money, or doesnt make them enough money. You shouldn't either.

but I want the $$$ as this company so underhanded so far, did not trust. Their acct checked before cashing it out. I am not working at the minute, starting late just to be at the bank at 2:10 EST because once again told this by the store to do. I told them my plan was if the check did not clear, then I talk to the fraud people at the bank as this was an intentional thing. Talk about digging a deeper hole for yourself. So many things to do and so little time, picketing, fraud charges, secretary of state notification, lien against the company and right now those are the ones I have going on in my mind.

Well, thank you. I still have a nervous feeling in my stomach from all of this mess.
The last time I bought something off ebay was about three years ago, and I had a different checking account and credit card. 99% of my mail goes into the spam folder, and I just automatically delete all the mail in that folder without reading it. I would never click on a link to anything I wasn't sure about in an e-mail. I have noticed though that lately there have been tons of e-mails from people claiming to be from postcard.com type addresses. There are many of them, all stating you have a card from a classmate, a friend, a relative, or somebody who is thinking of you today, LOL. I bet they are!
Just by doing a Google search today while trying to find Ebay's phone number, there are lots of web sites that lead to people who have had similar experiences. I have no clue what happened, I'm just glad the money is back in the account and I can make my house payment in a few days. Whew!

I would never have a checking account that involved fees. Even though some earn interest, it's only on balances above a certain amount. However, I never have enough money to even meet those minimum balances. I have what's called "Totally Free Checking" and it is totally free, except for having to buy checks when I need them. Since my check is direct deposited, I get my $$ before those whose checks are mailed...not to mention the fees that go with cashing payroll checks. So, I'll keep my checking account until I see a reason not to.

that can give sufficient work, then you can drop the 1st and maybe the 2nd. It sounds like you're just beating your head against the wall.
I don't think a hospital/MTSO would go
for that, someone doing it with NO experience more than likely, plus all the legal hoops they would have to jump through.
If an employee not necessarily. MTSO will
take advantage until you burn out or quit. Take it from me. They would even let someone quit so they can get a newer person (more "willing") to do all that junk even with errors, than keep someone who they feel is unwilling to be a doormat. For the people who can do the ESLs, well they will be taken advantage of or let go for most of the MTSOs. Rare that a company won't take advantage that way, even some of the "best" around here. Only 1 that I know of (where I work) will they reward for good workers by giving other types of reports which are easier to balance it out. And I can't say where because that company gets teased way too much on here. Otherwise, be careful if you are really good. They will let you go if you are not a practicing doormat and willing to make 3.00 an ESL report per half hour. No joke.

COMPUTER HELP!!! I think I somehow deleted my main user acct
Can anyone help me? My kids got me to set up user accts for them last night. I did. I had an administrator acct. It said I had to make one the administrator acct so I made one with my name on it. Then tonight I logged out of mine to switch users, thinking I could just log back in, but now it is gone!! All gone. I have a very basic user acct with my name on it but none of my files, none of my work software, my e-mail isn't even set up. Where is it all?? Is it gone forever??
MTSO made false accusations
Yes, it was a small company and the owner trained me to manage things while she would be away on vacations. I worked 12+ hours 5 and 6 days a week and told her at the time that some day I would have a life so I would not work that kind of hours forever. A year-and-a-half later I told her I wanted to only work 8-10 hours a day and she had gotten used to the freedom of me covering for her every whim...
She retaliated by calling the law and saying that my boyfriend had beaten me up and left me for dead and that she'd seen me snorting drugs up my nose. Fortunately, I had been out of town the weekend she was talking about and had gas receipts to prove it.
The investigator went to my kindergartner child's school and interviewed her there first and nobody had to tell me about it. I found out when my child told me. Then I tried calling the Child Protection people to see why they pulled my child out of school and it was a couple days after that call that they finally made it to my house.
Meanwhile, for two days my child's teacher looked at me as if I were some criminal, but it all washed out in the end...
