I really don't like this at all.  You would think with all the things medicine can do these days they could do something to fix this.

I have Meniere's...
After being miss-diagnosed several times, I was finally diagnosed with Meniere's by a well-known ENT Surgeon. I am also in my 30's and never had an ear infection a day in my life. He put me on a diuretic until I became symptom-free and then took me off. I still have "episodes" occasionally but not nearly as much. Stress and salt are contributing factors. I've had episodes at work which have left me completely down for a solid 1-2 days. I keep a stash of Meclazine with me when I feel it coming on to help reduce the symptoms (does not completely eliminate).
Not Meniere's but
I have had bouts of positional vertigo. Dizziness is not a fun thing, and I'm sure you probably have other symptoms as well. - Hope things get better for you. :)
I have Meniere's.
It's been a while since I've had a full blown episode but last week I had a lot of stress and my hearing went out on one side. Was told to watch my sodium intake and do some stress relieving exercises.
