My gag reflex is bad, too. I gag at the though of rotten smells, etc. The only thing I am noticing is that now since they told me I have to take them out at night is that I gag in the morning when I put them in. This just started yesterday, so my gums must be shrinking a bit. If it keeps up, I'll go back neck week and have him take down the back of the top plate a hair. It could be just a fluke right now. I'll try making sure the plate and the roof of my mouth are nice and moist before I put them in the morning. LOL-Otherwise, I'LL JUST HAVE TO SLEEP WITH THEM IN. That's probably it. I hate my mouth without them.
