call the police and say he is a danger to himself threatening suicide (called a 5150) admission, and can progress 5250 can be issued for a longer stay 2 weeks i believe. I believe since you know the background and take no action and results in death, hmmm. Petition for admission to ER then psych evaluation, then it is going. Get yourself out of it by taking action not just doing nothing, get him out of the picture. "smile"
