Yes, fell asleep in college class, sitting straight up, fell asleep at dinner when had friends over to eat, could not keep my eyes open. Didn't happen quite as much with 2nd and 3rd babies. I also had night-time nausea instead of a.m. Best wishes to you!

I'm in my 1st trimester and very tired....sm
with my last pregnancy, which resulted in a miscarriage, I wasn't.  Anyone else have a lot of tiredness?  I used to sleep only 6-1/2 or 7 hours a night and now am sleeping 8 at night and taking a nap during the day.  I'm hoping the tiredness is a good sign.  I see the doctor this week for my first checkup.
mid day sleepiness???
Just wondering does anyone else have these "sleepy spells"??? What do you do besides get up & move around, anything you can eat(not fattening) to keep from doing this.. or am I the only one that does this..
Midday sleepiness
Does this happen to you after lunch?  Could be due to a rise or fall in your blood sugar.  I used to experience these spells back when I ate things like sandwiches.  Now, I try to keep lunch and snacks high protein, low carbohydrate and I am able to stay awake throughout the afternoon.  Caffeine doesn't work for me, actually makes me sleepy.
