I think (and I would perhaps agree if I were Larry) that he wants Anna's DNA sample just to make sure she did not fake her own death. Face it she had the money and with Howard on the baby's birth certificate . . . Not sure that she did fake her own death because I think she loved the spot light too much, but maybe that is the reason behind all this with the DNA from her.

Does anyone think her mom should get the right to take her back to Texas? I know none of the players in this saga have much integrity but I think she should be buried next to her son in the Bahamas. What a mess!

*no evidence of a crime occurring, no evidence of illegal drugs, only rx drugs, but we are not revealing whose names were on those bottles. Investigation remains open until all tests return, but no evidence of a crime occurred. No trauma found except a minor bruise from the bed a few days ago....no physical injuries found on her, autopsy is now complete. No determination in cause of death but extensive review of medical records and tests ongoing. They are still collecting information, lab data, etc., and will take somewhere between 3 and 5 weeks.*

Anna Nicole - an old friend
I met Anna Nicole years ago in Texas when we knew her as Nicki before playboy and before her millionaire.
Nicki was smart and could read people very well. She came from a rough upbringing and if you ever heard her tell stories of her childhood you would understand the anger she showed on camera. Her mother was a very unpleasant person and was only interested in the almighty dollar not her daughter or grandson unless Nicki had money for her. I hope that Nicki's mom doesnt get the baby but I am not sure any of the other choices would be better. I just pray that the courts are smart enough to appoint the baby a good lawyer and guardian to oversee her money and make sure that it lasts until she is old enough to control it.

The baby for all intense purposes is a Bahamian citizen. I think she would qualify for dual citizenship but am not sure. But as long as she stays in the bahamas the US cannot make them do anything although the bahamian court could. I am sure that that is why Nicki gave birth there and why she had not brought the baby with her when she returned to the US. For some reason she did not want the baby to be tested probably because the photog isn't the father and didnt want to have to go through the whole who is my baby's daddy thing. you notice none of these other "fathers" came forward until there was a chance they would control her fortune.
On a final note Nicki may have been a lot of things in her life but ignorant was not one of them.

Anna Nicole's mother is trying to stop her daughter from being buried right now. Also the father of Daniel is trying to have his son's body exhumed. This is really sickening. Let her REST IN PEACE already.
Didn't you see the Anna Nicole interview
on ET? She was beaten and abused by her mother from the sound of it. Being a cop makes no difference, if you have anger problems they can even be worse with stressful job like that. She HATED her mother and during the interview was spitting fire when she was talking about her. She vowed never to let her mother go near her baby daughter Danielynn. A mother is much more than just giving birth.

At the funeral her mother spread dirt/concrete whatever over her daughter's grave, looked like she was pulling it from the bed of a truck but then she walked on the grave?? What in the world was that all about? Anyone have any other information on that - I missed the whole story. Thanks.

Between a rock and a hard place - HELP!
Okay, back towards the end of last school year some mothers decided to have a coo at the elementary school and take over the PTO for this coming year from the ones that had been running it. Shortly after that, the now ex-pres moved in next to us. The neighbor across the street is now on the "new" PTO. Somehow, they didn't elect a president for the coming year though and they came knocking on my door "oh you'll be great, we'll do all the work, we just need you to run the meetings, etc". Well, I let the principal know that I would and now am regretting it. I have a full-time job plus type part-time at night (switching to just weekends when school starts). My husband is gone during the week so that leaves me to take care of kids, homework, games and practices, etc. I get calls and emails all day long regarding PTO. I thought about just sticking it out for the school year (I do have the flexibility to be off or leave early, come in late from my full time job) because I really want to be more involved in the school since my child is going into the second grade. Well, the final straw was a few nights ago when a bunch of us parents were sitting in our driveways watching the kids playing. It wasn't until after the ex-pres comes outside (she hasn't talked to any of us since all that happened), that the neighbor across the street starts talking PTO stuff at a level that the ex-pres can hear (I never replied to her about anything). My husband went ballistic! We came in the house and he said that was uncalled for, we need to move, and that he's very upset about me taking on the role of president. SO, what do I do now? How do I gracefully back out but not get shunned from being up at the school and helping out with some activities?
The other story with that neighbor across the street that has bugged me this week - everything my child gets (we are not frivilous by any means), she makes sure her kids get the same things, even down to the exact same pair and color or tennis shoes for school, clothes, bicycles and now, the yard ornaments that we have had in our yard, i see she has bought some and are now in her yard also. I cringe now when I see her but I hate to keep my child from playing in the front yard just because her kids are out there (same age). Any ideas on this too???

I'm thinking of going to NYC for a weekend to go to a musical with my daughter for her birthday in February. Can anyone recommend a hotel where the price is reasonable and close to Broadway, if possible.

because like you said you can do what you like. I am a night owl and if I want to lay in bed and watch TV half the night I can.

Country Inns and Suites is nice. There is also a Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inn that is nice.

I have found that the hotel will usually hold the baggage until a later time.
Okay, I'm that way in a hotel, with twists (sm)
I take antimicrobial Febreeze and spray the blanket and bedspread down first thing. It makes everything feel and smell clean so I can relax. I take my own supply of towels and pillowcases. I lay a fresh pillowcase over the pillow each night. I only use hotel towels for the floor mat and to mop up counters and dry off bottles. I wash any dishes before use unless they are wrapped in plastic. I always bring flipflops so I don't have to walk barefoot on the carpet at all. I check the foot of the bed for signs of bedbugs - bugs or brownish stains from poo.
I never sleep without underwear under my full-length PJs anyway! I'd love to be assured they are washing their sheets and towels in hot water with enough Tide and Oxyclean to be up to my standards, and then drying them thoroughly, but I sincerely doubt it.

We'll be parking at the hotel
It's $25. It's more convenient for us to drive so we don't have to have the train schedule dictate when we have to leave. Thanks for the advice, though. It should be interesting to say the least.
condos versus hotel
Hi, the only tip I really have is check out the rates of the condos on the beach for weekly rentals.
I know they are probably high for summer time, but they offer full kitchens and more amenities than hotels usually... and you can save a lot of money by making your own meals instead of eating out all the time. The end of the summer we got a really good rate at Emerald Isle in North Carolina... I know that's far from you, I'm not sure if FL is as cheap... but you could look at Myrtle Beach too. Just think you're going to be paying probably at least 100.00 a night in a hotel... depending on how many nights you are staying you may just want to look into the condo idea, and if you need any help once you figure out where you want to go I'd be happy to i LOVE doing that kinda stuff :) have fun and good idea to start saving early

I can stay up til 2AM like I usually do, eat whatever, get up late, have M&Ms for breakfast and watch cartoons if I feel like it. And don't have to keep on being chatty and nice. I can just be my grouchy old self in a hotel room. The TVs are usually better too, and you don't have to wait to use the bathroom.

Hotel Flamingo in Vegas and in Phoenix
my cousins who live in Scottsdale AZ used to own Theater in the Round in Phoenix for decades......used to be Broadway shows, then rock concerts, and today I don't know what they show there....
also, 4 sets of mountains surround Phoenix (and Tucson for that matter) - GREAT hiking and lots of things to check out in that regard!!!

Oh Wow. Staying in downtown Atlanta in a historic hotel. This place is haunted. No one
told me this, I am a Christian and I feel this heavy spirit following me everywhere I go! How crazy is that? I believe there is something here at this place. It is a beautiful place, but definitely something spiritual going on here. This was the place where they had some Gone With The Wind ball many years ago. Very strange.
We are here visiting and going to the zoo, children's museum, and aqauarium this week. Wow. I have the chills right now! night night

and from her father's real estate fortune. She basically jumped into the limelight when her little personal homemade sex video was leaked out. She is described as a "socialite, actress, and singer." She likes to party hard and doesn't want to pay or take any responsibility for her own irresponsible actions, such as driving with a suspended license, DUI, you get the picture.

I have seen this painted and I have also seen people do sheet rock mud over it to smooth the lines. We have paneling that I hate. Bought MIL's house. Hubby loves it. Too dark but in great condition We are just going to put sheet rock on top and go from there.

Liz Taylor stole Eddie Fisher from his wife, then had affair with Richard Burton (who was married)- hmmm guess they were way past their prime (also dead) to make to DWTS- this happened in the 60s and Ingrid Bergman (in the 40s) had twins with a guy she was not married to (married to someone else.) Like I said, better just go to a remote island and be alone for it not to happen.

FYI - Rock Band
We were going to trade in 1 guitar for the rock band set and were told the Rock Band still has a lot of kinks to work out and the sales person advised us to wait until after this Christmas as it will probably be the big thing for Christmas and the problems will be worked out.
I would love to get the 80's one too! I didn't know they had that! My husband was a DJ in highschool and I bet he would love that. Ok, that's now on his xmas list. lol Thanks!
