If you submit/post a resume or job listing on MTStars site (Including Newsletter), numerous individuals and/or companies and/or other entities, including, but not limited to, employers and/or recruiting firms and/or job candidates and/or any Internet user and/or any electronic information retrieval and indexing system and/or e-mail address "harvesting" software, will be able to ascertain and potentially use any listed personal or corporate information when accessing your online resume or job posting. It is up to you to make a final determination with respect to the information to be disclosed on your resume or job posting. 

No liability or responsibility for inconvenience, damages, losses, or pain and suffering incurred by a candidate or employer whose identity or information is discerned by or disclosed through any means by posting on our site.

No responsibility for the content and accuracy of candidate and job information contained in our listings, and no effort is made to validate or verify such information. All data has been submitted directly by its owner: any inquiries should be directed to the respective employer or candidate identified in each listing.

MTStars Site does not discriminate in its solicitation, collection, organization, presentation, selection or distribution of candidate or employer information on the basis of age, sex, color, race, religion, national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, handicapping condition, or on the basis of any other criteria that are not in conformance with the law, however, MTStars is a privately owned website that does not advocate medical transcription services performed outside of the United States.  Contacting job ad posters and visitors or posting messages by offshore entities or those associated with offshore entities is strictly prohibited.

MTStars is an privately owned open forum...any US citizen can participate, and we want to provide a place where people can discuss medical transcription issues freely, however, offshore entities are not welcome.

Finally, if you wish to remain ANONYMOUS, please do NOT enter your real name and email address when making posts...all posts here are viewable by anyone on the Internet, and posts may be indexed by global Internet search engines (e.g., AltaVista, Goggle, etc.) and in return you may receive "SPAM" and "HATE MAIL" depending upon the nature of your posting.

8. Distributing viruses or other harmful computer code;

9. Harvesting or otherwise collecting information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;

10. Allowing any other person or entity to use your identification for posting or viewing comments;   

11. Posting the same note more than once or "spamming"; or

Advertiser agrees to protect and indemnify, from any claims for libel, copyright violation, plagiarism or privacy and other suits or claims based on the content or subject matter of the advertiser's offer. All claims made are the sole responsibility of the Advertiser.

Advertiser may cancel their advertisement (s) at any time, however there are no refunds.

Refunds will be made only if MTStars.com discontinues / rejects any advertisement of any advertiser either before or during the course advertising campaign.

At the time sponsorship is purchased, Medical Transcription Service Owner (MTSO) or school agrees that business is not conducted outside of the United States, and/or private health information is not outsourced outside of the United States, and/or does not train individuals outside of the United States in the field of Medical Transcription.  In the event that sponsored MTSO or school defaults the above, no refund or prorated refund is available. 

The information content of advertisements is provided by others (advertisers) and no independent verification of the accuracy, truthfulness, or completeness of such information is made by the MTStars or anybody acting on its behalf. Thus, no representation is made that such information is accurate, true, or complete. This information is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nor is any warranty made as to whether or not such information infringes on any copyright, trademark, tradename, or patent. References to corporations/companies/individuals, their services and products, are provided "AS IS" without  warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

In no event shall the MTStars be liable for any special, incidental, consequential direct or indirect damages of any kind, arising out of or in connection with the use of including but not limited to information, descriptions, references, products or publications in the advertisements.

MTStars does not advocate medical transcription services performed outside of the United States.
MTStars is a PRIVATELY owned website and content may be removed and posters IP/s banned at the discretion of the Administrator or Webmaster.
