I work for them and it is a great company. It took a few days after I got my foot pedal for the IT person to call me. Don't jump ship yet. Give it a try. What service are you going to do?

zylo platform
I should clarify - I did not work on a rad account, it was oral surgery. Still, I doubt the platforms are much different, and the pay was not good.
Really, really liked zylo until QA problem
Worked for the about a year ago for about 6 months. I made decent money, always direct deposit as promised, had pretty flexible time frame, had exactly what other poster said, clinic notes, had everything set up in shortcuts and templates. Same account, same docs. If the the new QA had been willing to answer some questions I had about losing work without any warning I would still be there today. They are a good company, I just happened to clash with one person. They use MT World which is a terrific platform You can use your own shortcuts etc. (I could, I use Smartype) and it worked out superbly. If you can get the platform working, the foot pedal working, and manage to work with a decent QA it's still my first choice. They won't take me back because I vented an opinion here on the boards at the time and someone saw it and let me go after that. But otherwise, I totally enjoyed working for them. It's worth a shot. Best of luck to you. I think you'd like MTWorld platform a lot better than Keystroke's platform, unless it's the Escription you'd be working with.
Left Zylo in November. Loved it at first, but
not enough work to maintain 800 lines/day to qualify for employee status. 1000 lines one day, 150 the next. Gave me phone notes which took 2 minutes to download, 8 seconds to type, 1 minutes to upload, and got 2 lines of dictation. 20 reports in 1 hour equalled $3.60. No one else would do them. Kept asking for more work so they switched me around several accounts, then had to learn new account, new supervisor and still not enough work. Finally left. I made $6000 with them as an independent contractor and now have to pay taxes on all of that.
Zylo gives the good stuff to their favorites. New employees
get the leftover junk. Worked for them for 6 months recently, loved it at first except I wasn't getting enough work. 1000 lines one day, 200 the next, 75 the next. Kept asking for more work but never got it. Fortunately I didn't quit my job with Medquist and still had that for backup. Finally left last November.
