one person left in one year. Interesting. Which year did you work, cause there have been at least three this year and the year is not over yet - this from posts that sounds like they come from inside. Apparently this Carollee chick was a problem, she is mentioned a few times - maybe you should do further research on the boards, as you say you have not been here. There are people who like thier company and others who dont. If you are happy and you get paid, why worry? You know what they say - what you don't know won't hurt you, it is your job to know what you need to know and again if happy, not sure why you are worried?
