Working for more than 1 vendor, e.g.,MTSOs or similar?
I worked for a mid-sized MTSO who had different hospital/clinic accounts. As long as I worked for this 1 vendor, I was not allowed to work for another vendor because of the conflict in interest thingy. In other words, a hospital/clinic can have 2 separate vendors working on the same worktypes like discharge/operative reports. If i work for 1 vendor during the day then work for the other at night, both vendors lose money. Honestly, there is no clear cut way they can actually find out. However, in the hospital I work for, we have 3 separate vendors, and they all have a code for us to recognize. Somehow, 1 person got her IDs mixed up and my boss found out about it. Apparently, she worked for 2 of our vendors and mistakenly input the wrong ID. My boss called that MT's boss and, supposedly, that MT's boss fired her. That MT was a actually a good MT, so who knows. She could have been given a different ID if her boss really wanted to keep her. Dunno about Keystrokes.
