I've seen and gotten offers for 8 cpl as an IC working weekends doing acute care ESL at a teaching facility which always involves residents and loads of physician assistants who cannot dictate to save their lives... heehee

5 an 6 cpl for 3 years of exp sounds about right, sad but true.... it's true...

those of us that have many more years of experience are being offered only 8 cpl, sometimes 9 cpl but you have to jump through many hoops and work for companies who are breaking laws hiring ICs and treating them like employees....

sorry but this field is BUST!
