I work 8 hours and treat it like an in-house job with no interruptions like housecleaning, etc. I have 3 children, 2 and 4 year olds at home, go to the gym every day, have a clean house and cook dinner every night. I have a life and my BMI is normal. So, I guess I do not understand this line of thinking.
