No one. I simply stated that my experience has been so good, that it is hard to believe we are getting the whole story on your experience. This is a small company. When people had different experiences at MQ, for example, it was very expected, as big as they are, with one hand not knowing what the other is doing. I don't believe MDI is going to have that big of a difference between the way one person is treated and the other. A couple unhappy people do not constitute 'high turnover'. MDI is like a dream company. Have you been happy anywhere?

If someone wants to try a company after warnings have gone out, that is all fine and good. I have done that and found a company to be fair in their dealings and paid on time. But at least I kept my eyes open. Everybody can do what they want, but the OP shouldn't be attacked because of what she posted. I think your post crosses the line a little myself.

I know a lot about rectums! In fact, it would seem, unfortunately, that this is ALL I know anything about, or I would not be such a fool as to come on here and attack someone anonymously with the most childish, obnoxious and incredibly STUPID posts imaginable. But then, that is JMHO, of course!

I was simply saying that I (and many others like me) have had little problem with lack of work. As for the 0 length accounts, lots of those are low ESL and low volume accts anyway.

I worked there for 11 years. The last few years have been a gradual decline, but big changes came on 1/1/06. My experience since then: Felt like a 6 year old who needed to be watched every minute. I was PT and could not take time off without making it up. So that's not really time off, is it? The whole place was confused about personnel policies. Never got straight answers. What a mess! I left and found a gem of a company and am very happy. There are MUCH better companies out there.

Screaming kids? Ha! Not these days.
The kids are expected to maintain proper behavior on buses or they will be suspended from riding the bus. No more screaming kids...when my kids' bus goes past the house, you don't hear one peep.

I actually feel bad for kids these days. They aren't allowed to be kids!

So kicking and screaming will do no good, huh?

There are so many newbies that I am getting the same old horrible dictator every day, so you newbies can have the gravy. But you will eventually get them ! Have fun!

Don't worry. Next week, the bitter people will move on to attacking another company. It is just
you watch this board, you will see a pattern. One a week. Have to shred the reputations of good companies to bits just to feel good about being unhappy in general. I wonder sometimes if these people job hop constantly, even work at all, or work for the company they are bashing. Maybe it's just sick fun for those with no outside lives :)

I wasn' screaming...I left MQ after 8 years and worked for MDI-MD
for 1 month before I finally went to where I am now. I just asked if anyone else got theirs. I got mine from MQ and now I have to wait for 2 more. It was just a generalized question, not accusatory at all. What a jerk!
