Along with 2 friends, we are considering starting our own MTSO. There is so much unhappiness on this board with the current MTSOs out there. We think we deserve better. What would be the perfect job for you? Pay rate (please be realistic!), platform, schedules, status (IC or employee), etc? What would be the make-it-or-break-it issue for you, like we could offer you the pay and schedule you love but perhaps not the platform - or any other such scenario? What is the most important to you and what would you just not even consider? We have 3 hospitals willing to give us some of their work and a couple of others interested and hope we could grow. before we jump in with two feet, we want to know what it will take for us to find people who would be willing to work with us. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Please do not email me personally right now as I am changing email providers. Thank for your input.
