For over 800 accounts, there are less than 10 editors, all do something different. You are deducted every mistake you make or they think you make. Most of the typing is done offshore and they aren't held to the same QA levels, most of them are just pushed through now. Some of the uppers are not nice at all and you'll know them soon.
