Only reason I can think of for such negative reviews would be a concerted effort on the part of vianetta typists to keep others from pursuing the job. Am working on Vianetta as we speak. Have been for 3 years. Sound quality could not be better. Patient demographics, MD rosters, cc notations and QA flags and comments very easy to access and fast to process.

Can't deny that from time to time, it may throw an error when trying to sign off but that is easy to remedy by logging back in and out again. Getting in an out of queue and changing patient or report information is a breeze and the download process is very fast. The line count information is available report by report with a very brief lag time between sign-off and showing up on count graph. Production report can be downloaded easily and has complete report ID information on it. A few times there has been more than a brief lag...perhaps even hours at a time with regard to line count but it always shows up, usually by the end of the shift and by the next day at its worst.

Can't imagine what they mean by unstable. In the rare event of a problem, the server seems to be right on top of it. At the moment I have eight windows open besides my vianetta (mtstars included) and am able to navigate between then with absolutely no problem. Most certainly, it has not trashed my compter. What else could you want, really? Easy to learn, easy to use, accurate and trustworthy. Don't worry.

Absolutely horrendous spell checker.
