Yes, there are benefit packages and PTO time that should be offered and are necessary and bonuses are nice but there needs to be stability is what is paid as a line rate. Other than bonuses all of the above needs to be a contractual guarantee that yes this company can meet my needs. Bonuses are a plus not to be something that has to be counted on because we all know what happens with them.
