Jeff, your post is respectful and you seem to want to help. The problem, for me, is that I feel if I complained about my manager, my work flow and type of jobs would only get worse. This has happened in the past. I'm sure my manager would deny overstaffing or giving me only bad dictators and then I would be punished worse. Plus, who are you going to believe, one of your account managers or a whining MT? Thanks though, it is clear you are trying.
