IME no company is going to spill it (sm)
to the employees. I worked for a small mom & pop service for years and when they decided to sell out, they negotiated for at least six months with the buyer and never told anyone anything until the ink was dry. It felt like a betrayal then but from that I learned not to expect candor from my employer. A timely paycheck, enough work to keep me busy, yes, but not openness. I don't like it much, either, but I figure that's just the way it is.
So spill it already, or what's your point? nm

I think I would clearly start sending out the resumes. I think the QAs has a bit toooo much power and really abusive as sounds like in this case. That would drive me bats, I just could not keep working with a continuous looking over the shoulder routine. Sounds like MQ maybe. I know they would dock for stuff, not my location at that time yet (after I quit in 2005) This is just bad, really bad, no way you can get it right no matter how you tried. Sorry this is happening to you.
