One thing to remember when looking at the performance metrics is that some accounts that WMX has require 100% of the charts go through IQA before going to the client. Aside from that, one of the bigger clinic accounts has quite a few doctors whose charts are all required to go to IQA, blanks or no blanks.

So, the performance metrics don't always tell the full picture. The 82% person could possibly be on a primary that requires full IQA. That's not to say everyone who is sub-par as far as percentage to IQA has that same issue, but I'd be willing to say that at least half of the ones that are high have some type of client-requirement issue behind it.
