I'm not trying to undermine what you are saying, I am just saying it is STRANGE to say the least that a company would treat a couple of people so bad but treat everyone else so good. Typically when you have the dead beat companies, they treat EVERYONE equally bad, not just one or two. The KE person you are referring to has never been anything but WONDERFUL to me and I haven't worked there a very long time, so it can't be something new they have started. I have found her to probably be one of the nicest QA people that I have come across and she has never hesitated to answer any question I had whether it be by IM, phone or e-mail. I even called her up once with a REALLY DUMB question......I think I was just tired.....and I actually asked the question and once I asked I realized the answer and how dumb the question was and I started laughing and told her I didn't think my brain was working today and she just laughed as well, told me not to worry about it, we all get that way sometimes.

I'm sorry for your experience though.
