They don't provide a computer, but I think you can rent one from the company. They do, of course, supply foot pedal, headset, etc.
I'm not sure what you mean by strict, but they do expect you to work your shift unless other arrangements have been made or if you have an emergency. They have always been more than understanding and flexible with me.
FT is 11,000 per pay period. There are incentives for production over 11,000 up to 0.01 per line. The incentive isn't just for the overage, but it includes the entire amount of production lines that you have for that pay period.
They are in the Central time zone, in Houston.
I'm not sure of the 2nd shift hours - sorry.
Pay is every 2 weeks and is direct deposit.
